Ballot Issue 3A
Shall Norwood School District No. R-2J taxes be increased up to $350,000, adjusted for inflation, for purpose of attracting and retaining qualified teachers and staff, and providing funds for essential education programs and facilities by an additional property tax levy that results in the dollar amount of revenues set forth above in the current budget year and the same dollar amount, adjusted annually in each budget year thereafter for inflation as measure by the Denver-Boulder-Greeley Consumer Price Index, which taxes shall be deposited into the general fund of the district, shall be in addition to the property taxes that otherwise would be levied for the general fund and shall constitute a voter-approved revenue change?
