Summary

Shall the Town of Nucla sales taxes be increased by an amount not to exceed approximately $2,500.00 in the first full fiscal year (without increasing the current town sales tax rate), and such future amounts as may be raised by extending the existing sales tax rate of 1.0% to provide 24 hour urgent medical care and general medical services including but not limited to support of the basin medical clinic, with such tax to begin January 1, 2020 and to continue each year thereafter, indefinitely and shall the annual revenue from such tax increase (regardless of the annual amount) constitute a voter approved revenue change, notwithstanding any revenue or expenditure limitation in Section 20, Article X of the Colorado Constitution or any other law?
